    Our founder, Treena Elliott, is a seasoned recruitment professional based in Calgary, Alberta. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Treena has honed her skills in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and strategic hiring, making her a trusted partner for businesses seeking comprehensive recruitment solutions. Treena holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, with a major in Entrepreneurship and it’s that entrepreneurial spirit that drives her still today.

    Treena started her career as a recruiter in 2004 and never looked back. She has worked for global brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Critical Mass and nationwide agencies Partner Staffing and David Aplin Recruiting. Working as an independent consultant starting in 2010, she supported oil & gas clients Tucker Wireline Services and Upside Engineering.

She holds a degree in Ecotourism, and although she didn’t pursue it as a career, her passion for travel and adventure remains strong. Her professional path has taken her from being a Realtor in Calgary to spending 10 years in operations at WestJet Airlines. She also channeled her creativity into running a custom luxury cookie business for many years, an entrepreneurial venture that deepened her understanding of client relationships and delivering top-notch service. These diverse experiences shape her recruitment philosophy today—balancing precision with a human touch. She is not just focused on filling roles, but on building meaningful connections that lead to lasting success for both candidates and clients.

    Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and skiing with her family. Life is always busy with a career, a dog and two boys in full-time hockey, but she thrives on the hustle and energy of a good work life balance.
